Adam.ai interprets the role “guest” differently for Sumolings versus their enterprise plans.
Despite having unlimited visitors in their deal terms, Sumolings are stuck with a worthless ‘guest feature.
A user told “I work for a small team that collaborates with many cross-functional teams.
Because my notes cannot be shared or read, I must spend extra time re-doing them.
That negates the purpose of utilising the tool in the first place.
However, if Adam.ai is solely intended for tiny internal team meetings, this is not for me.
I’m wondering whether to retain it because I won’t be able to utilise it. “
