OMG just check out their group and you ll know, Absolutely nothing works as expected and the team is so affixed in protecting their reputation they politely ask customers that everything is being worked on, but it’s been 2 years. I burst out on the group the other day, and one of the team members talked to me in the group in a way that painted me as a horrible person with no patience at all.
