Bugs, No updates or Fixes

What Went Wrong

When we tried to terminate, they would certainly not allow us and then after payment for an additional month, they refused to use a refund. No need to go via VISA to try a chargeback
And the tool has full bugs and no improvements from when I purchased the deal.
