Support Hero is an easy to embed Knowledge Management System that layers on top of an existing website and business process. Founded in 2016, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
It had launched its Lifetime deal on Appsumo. Later they were no longer able to support Appsumo’s lifetime license. The assets of Super Hero were purchased and transferred to new ownership.
They emailed customers that, they have tried to accommodate the previous commitment made by the initial developers of Support Hero, but they are no longer able to do so. It is their duty to their customers to offer a reliable and feature-rich product, which is only attainable for SaaS applications, such as Support Hero, through generating a recurring revenue stream.
