Spayee was a powerful LMS Plugin founded in 2014 and headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It had launched its Lifetime deal on Appsumo, LTDHunt, Deal Mango, etc.
On October 2021 Spayee got acquired as Graphy. As a result of this acquisition, they have stopped the Spayee business model. Informed customers that, they are not doing any new development on the Spayee product and tech stack. And existing product will continue to work as it is and They don’t have any plans to discontinue that in near future.
After the takeover by Graphy, they are pushing the LTD customers to buy their monthly plans for anything you ask of them, let alone add-ons!
Spayee was acquired and pilfered for its technology and it is left in the runoff. Purchasers got 3 months’ notice before they pull the plug on the product but, they will be pulling the plug. The Graphy Plan is not even close to what was purchased at Spayee.
They had taken customers’ money and left them with an “opportunity” to use Graphy (exactly the same software) but with a 10% revenue share model.
