Ask some technical questions (BEFORE you buy it) at prismdrive support and see if they ever answer. The company uses a cold storage plan with limited capacity so they have to clean the client accounts every few months (you will see your files but the download links will not work). It isn’t a glitch it’s company policy.Terrible web interface. You need to send files using their API to have decent speeds (=you need to be a programer).Buy it ONLY if you want TEMPORARY storage so you can share files with others
The upload speeds of their web interface are terrible. Last year in january all the files I have stored were gone . Only the filenames remained. Prismdrive seems to have a cold storage package with specific quota and when it fills it removes files.
